Zoning Disputes

Zoning can be useful, but, now and then, disputes arise.  Sometimes a zoning permit may get improperly denied, or, from a neighbor's perspective, improperly granted.  Sometimes the municipality improperly enforces, or fails to enforce, an ordinance.  If you find yourself in one of these situations, I can help.  I've extensive experience navigating zoning ordinances, which are often, unfortunately, obtuse, and likewise with navigating the procedural rules governing zoning disputes.  Contact me to learn more about how I can help you efficiently resolve your zoning disputes.
