Disputes Over Real Estate Sale Agreements

Sometimes parties to a once friendly real estate purchase and sale agreement get into a dispute.  One side may fail to keep a promise.  Or perhaps the sides can't even agree on what's required, which, sadly, isn't surprising because many agreements, particularly involving real estate, can be confusing.  What's more, there are duties implied by law, even if they're not written into the agreement.  Contact me today to learn how I can cost-effectively help you understand your rights and, as appropriate, navigate you to a resolution that best serves your interests.
