Business Disputes

Sometimes business owners find themselves at an impasse about how the business is run, or one wants out but they can't agree about the terms.  Sometimes owners are happy but the business finds itself in a dispute with a customer, landlord, tenant, supplier or other service provider, or the government.  Whatever problem you encounter, count on me to help, preferably by a negotiated compromise, but, if compromise just isn't possible, by guiding you to resolution through the courts.
