Judgment Liens

If properly authenticated and recorded, a court judgment can result in a lien against real estate and other property to secure the amount it sets forth, plus interest.  I've exceptional experience in obtaining judgments and turning them into liens, and, when needed, foreclosing them.  I also has experience in defending against them.  Contact me to learn more how I can help you in these regards.
